VO2薄膜制备工艺及电阻开关特性研究

用溶胶－凝胶法在非晶玻璃上制备VO2薄膜，经过熔融、涂膜、烘干和热处理等工艺最后得到电阻相变2－3个量级的VO2薄膜。对烘干温度、熔融温度、膜厚和热处理温度对薄膜电阻开关特性的影响进行了研究。通过XRD（X－ray diffraction)和XPS（X－ray photoelectron spectroscopy）对薄膜的结构和价态进行分析，表明用溶胶－凝胶法制图VO2膜工艺简单，重复性好。     

Conceptual study and key technology development for Mars Aeroflyby sample collection

Conceptual study of Mars Aeroflyby Sample Collection (MASC) is conducted as a part of the next Mars exploration mission currently entertained in Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency. In the mission scenario, an atmospheric entry vehicle is flown into the Martian atmosphere, collects the Martian dust particles as well as atmospheric gases during the guided hypersonic flight, exits the Martian atmosphere, and is inserted into a parking orbit from which a return system departs for the earth to deliver the dust and gas samples. In order to accomplish a controlled flight and a successful orbit insertion, aeroassist orbit transfer technologies are introduced into the guidance and control system. System analysis is conducted to assess the feasibility and to make a conceptual design, finding that the MASC system is feasible at the minimum system mass of 600 kg approximately. The aerogel, which is one of the candidates for the dust sample collector, is assessed by arcjet heating tests to examine its behavior when exposed to high-temperature gases, as well as by particle impingement tests to evaluate its dust capturing capability.     

CCD信号采样位置选取方法的研究

针对CCD输出信号中的复位噪声,文章介绍了处理复位噪声较为常用的方法--相关双采样技术,并对相关双采样技术中采样位置选取的方法进行分析和研究,最后进行了实验验证.结果表明:用文中方法选取的采样位置进行相关双采样,可以较好的减小CCD输出信号中复位噪声的影响,提高信噪比.     

A sample collector for robotic sample return missions III: Impact survivability studies

Laboratory impact tests have been performed on experimental versions of a proposed robotic sample collector for extraterrestrial samples. The collector consists of a retractable aluminum ring containing an impregnable silicone compound that is pressed into the surface of the body to be sampled. As part of a comprehensive program to evaluate this idea, we have performed tests to determine if the samples embedded in the collector medium can survive the impact forces experienced during direct reentry, such as that of the recent Genesis sample return mission. For the present study, samples of sand, rock, glass, and chalk were subjected to decelerations of 1440–2880 g using drop tests. We found that even the most fragile samples, chosen to be representative of a wide range of the types of materials found on the surface of asteroids that have currently been studied, can withstand impacts of the intensity experienced by a sample return capsule during direct reentry.     

改良点云过滤技术在汽车冲压件逆向中的应用

点云数据一般是由非接触式三坐标测量系统获取,得到的结果需要进行点云过滤.由于一般扫描的点云数据量比较大,单是过滤点云就要化费大量的时间.为此利用点云数据过滤原理,并结合逆向工程设计软件Image ware与设计软件CATIA,改进了原来的过滤技术,缩短了逆向设计的时间,提高了工作的效率.     

挖掘周期性一般关联规则

在事务数据库中的周期性一般关联规则可以揭示类的不同层次之间的关系和呈现周期性变化。这些信息对于识别在关联中的趋势和预测非常有用。由于数据噪声对发现周期性一般关联规则的巨大影响 ,文中用噪声比来抑制数据噪声对发现周期性一般关联规则的影响。同时根据对周期性与一般高频集之间关系的分析 ,利用周期裁剪技术来节省挖掘时间 ,给出了 (Cyclic general-ized itemsets,CGI)算法。实验证明 ,该算法可高效地发现周期性一般关联规则。     

DVB-S接收机中时钟与载波同步的FPGA实现

介绍数字滤波平方定时算法和硬判决型科斯塔斯环的基本原理,并基于这两种算法,用可编程器件FPGA实现DVB-S接收机中的采样时钟同步和载波同步。整个设计基于XILINX公司的ISE平台,用VHDL编程语言通过逻辑综合和仿真在xc3s2000 FPGA芯片上实现。     

复合绝热管气囊成型工艺设计和实验

对两端收口复合绝热管进行了工艺方案分析,确定气囊成型工艺为优选工艺方案,在此基础上阐述了气囊成型工艺设计的原则,依据这个原则开展了典型样件的研制.结果表明：方案选择合理,工艺设计完整、可靠,产品满足各项指标要求.     

一种高准确度超低频电压测试标准——8801超低频电压及失真测试仪

8801超低频电压及失真测试仪是一种采用单片计算机、A/D变换器的采样-计算式仪器,它可以测试超低频信号的周期、电压、失真和谐波等各种参数。电压测试不确定度高达0.02％。文中介绍了主要技术指标、工作原理、技术特点、误差分析等,对软件作了简要说明。
